We are deliberately not calling this "For Builders" or "How to Adopt." Every organisation building with AI has a specific context, a specific team, a specific product, and a specific risk profile. Copying our patterns without adapting them would be doing the exact thing we caution against.
What we offer instead: questions, frames, and self-assessment prompts. If you take any of the thinking here and build something with it, the work is yours. Our hope is that the questions help you work better, not that the answers travel directly.
